Search
- Navigate to coda-usa.com, click Login at the top-right corner of your screen, and enter the credentials you were provided.
- Once logged in, click on Ocean, then Import on the sidebar. This will bring up a list of manifests.
- Use the top search bar to filter by container number, MBL, HBL, IT, or CODA Job number.
You can also click the Export button at the top of the list to download an Excel spreadsheet of your search results.
- Once you narrow down to a specific Container/MBL, you can see FCL availability. When devanned, click on attachments to see devan reports and photos obtained during our devan.
From the main manifest screen, click on any HBL to see details. Here, you can check window charges and release or unrelease NY ending HBLs. - To view and print invoices, click on Accounting, then Invoices on the sidebar. Note that CODA will auto-email you as cargo moves i.e., at the time of devan, when IPI cargo departs, etc.
